Zoë Caters!

I assisted my mother in catering a 10 person dinner party last night, at an incredibly enormous and lavish mansion.  Vegan or not, my mum's presentation was lovely as always.  I got in her way and snapped pictures of the colourful dishes before they were served.
Fingerling potatoes with white wine and thyme about to go into the oven.
They were vegan and SO yummy.


A rainbow of heirloom tomatoes.


Roasted bell pepper soup and some cute kitchen kitsch!  My mum roasted and
peeled 18 bell peppers for the soup!


A crouton spread with mascapone and a kalamata olive floating in the soup.


Shrimp and avocado salad.


Crazy pan juices.


I loved how colourful the main course was.


Dessert: Poached peaches with blueberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.

After dinner chocolates.


They had a tiny freezer that just made ice under the kitchen counter!  Oh, how 
the other half lives!
